Account Security

Definitions and Interpretation
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall carry the meanings set out below. Where context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa, references to one gender include all genders, and references to persons include legal entities.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 77ee Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager on any game or sporting event offered by 77ee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the 77ee Platform and must not create an Account or place any wagers.
77ee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, 77ee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via an on-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this document reflects the version currently in force.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 77ee. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that entity.
Language of the Agreement. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
Account Registration and Eligibility
To access the full range of gaming and betting services available on the 77ee Platform, you must first register an Account. The following eligibility criteria apply and must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active.
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 77ee operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. If 77ee discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 18, the Account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the 77ee Platform is lawful in your location.
- You must register using accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address (including city and division within Bangladesh), a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a 77ee employee or its affiliated companies, in a capacity that could provide an unfair advantage.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously agreed to a self-exclusion arrangement with 77ee. Individuals who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by re-registering under different credentials.
- You must not have had a 77ee Account previously closed or terminated by 77ee for breach of these Terms, unless 77ee has expressly agreed in writing to reinstate your access.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
77ee may at any time — and will routinely do so before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold — require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of residential address (a utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document issued within the past three months).
- Proof of payment method ownership (confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name).
- A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if required by 77ee's compliance team.
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe (not less than seven days) may result in withdrawal requests being declined or the Account being suspended pending verification.
3.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered Account on the 77ee Platform at any time. Multiple Accounts associated with the same person — whether identified by name, address, mobile number, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or any combination thereof — are a breach of these Terms. 77ee reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to withhold any balances held across those Accounts pending an audit.
Age Verification Warning. 77ee takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Player found to have provided a false date of birth during registration will have their Account permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities. Deposits made by underage players will be returned to the payment source after deducting any associated transaction fees.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
77ee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at 77ee's discretion, with reasonable notice provided to Players.
4.2 Deposits
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account belonging to another individual — are not accepted on the 77ee Platform and may be flagged as a breach of these Terms. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer channels may vary and are displayed on the Cashier page of your Account.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. 77ee is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, network congestion, or scheduled maintenance windows.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into your Account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure the integrity of the payment ecosystem. In limited circumstances, 77ee may approve an alternative withdrawal method following a completed KYC review.
Before any withdrawal request can be processed, your Account must have completed the applicable KYC verification requirements. Where a withdrawal would reduce your Account Balance below zero after any pending bonus wagering commitments are accounted for, the request may be declined or adjusted accordingly.
77ee aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad promptly. Withdrawal processing times to bank accounts may vary. These are target processing times and not contractual guarantees; processing may take longer during periods of high platform traffic, public holidays in Bangladesh, or pending compliance review.
4.4 Currency and Conversion
All transactions on the 77ee Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider when sending funds to or from 77ee are your sole responsibility.
4.5 Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a transaction on your payment account that relates to 77ee, you must contact 77ee support at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting 77ee is a breach of these Terms. In the event that a chargeback is raised, 77ee reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation and to pursue recovery of any funds already disbursed as winnings.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
From time to time, 77ee offers bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered Players. All such promotions are governed by these general Bonus Terms, supplemented by the specific terms published with each individual offer.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
- Each bonus offer is available to eligible Players who meet the stated qualifying criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, specific payment method requirements, or account status conditions.
- Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money Balance in your Account. When a wager is placed, real-money Balance is used first by default, unless the offer specifies otherwise.
- All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) and the eligible game categories are stated in the individual offer's terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%).
- Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them must not be withdrawn until the full Wagering Requirement has been met. Attempting to withdraw before this point will result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being forfeited.
- Bonus offers have a validity period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that remain in your Account after the expiry date will be removed automatically without further notice.
- 77ee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonuses where there is evidence of systematic abuse, exploitation of software errors, or collusion between Players.
- Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available once per eligible Player. Repeat redemption using duplicate accounts is considered bonus abuse and is grounds for Account termination.
5.2 Seasonal and Special Promotions
77ee periodically runs special promotions tied to key events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL. These promotions are governed by their own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time of each offer. Players should read the applicable special terms before participating.
Tip. Always read the full terms of an individual bonus offer before opting in, paying particular attention to the Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games list, minimum odds for sports bets, and expiry date. These factors vary between offers and determine when bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of your continued access to the 77ee Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. The conduct described below is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.
- Provide accurate information. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or ongoing Account maintenance.
- Maintain a single Account. You must not open, operate, or benefit from more than one 77ee Account at any time. Circumventing this rule using different devices, IP addresses, or personal details is prohibited.
- No automated tools. You must not use bots, scripts, automated betting software, data scraping tools, or any other technology that interacts with the 77ee Platform without human input on each action.
- No collusion. You must not collude with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating sports bets to exploit odds discrepancies, or any other form of coordinated play.
- No money laundering. You must not use the 77ee Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 77ee cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence obligations and may report suspicious activity to competent authorities.
- No abuse of errors. If you become aware of a technical error, software bug, or incorrect odds that would provide an unfair advantage, you must stop play and notify 77ee immediately. Wagers placed knowingly in exploitation of such errors are void and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- No fraudulent chargebacks. You must not initiate or threaten a fraudulent chargeback in connection with any genuine 77ee transaction. Any chargeback determination in 77ee's favour will result in the recovery of relevant funds from your Account Balance.
- Respect support staff. All communications with 77ee's customer support team must be conducted in a respectful manner. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at support agents will result in Account suspension.
Monitoring and Enforcement. 77ee employs automated monitoring systems and a dedicated compliance team to detect account abuse, coordinated betting patterns, and fraudulent activity. Player accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under manual review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending outcome. 77ee will communicate the outcome of any review to the affected Player via registered email.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 77ee Platform — including but not limited to the 77ee brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphical elements, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of 77ee or is licensed to 77ee by its respective owners, including Game Providers.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77ee Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you and does not permit you to sublicence, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without 77ee's prior written consent.
Game content, including game rules, graphics, audio, and mechanics, is the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe). Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content may constitute an infringement of those providers' intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ee hereby excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 77ee Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings;
- Loss of data or Account information resulting from unauthorised access where 77ee has taken reasonable security precautions;
- Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors, including those caused by third-party infrastructure providers;
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by payment provider systems;
- The conduct or content of third-party Game Providers integrated into the Platform;
- Any decisions made by a Player based on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that later prove inaccurate due to data feed errors.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit 77ee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by 77ee's negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
The 77ee Platform and all services offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In any event, 77ee's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Disclosure. Gambling involves risk and the possibility of financial loss. The outcome of games and sporting events is uncertain. 77ee does not guarantee that you will win any wager you place on the Platform. Players should only gamble with funds they can afford to lose.
